SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Tray/set assembly along with tray/set reconciliation.
  • Keeps accurate records and documentation of all transactions involved with the trays and sets, both incoming and outgoing in the shipping and receiving logs.
  • Keeps accurate records and documentation of all transactions involved with the sets, through the use of Sage.
  • Contact customers regarding missing or extra implants/instruments.
  • Contact customers regarding specific needs to ensure their request are processed properly.
  • Accurate monitoring and storage of inventory.
  • Supporting the sales force through the providing of technical information.
  • Providing tray/set availability to customers.
  • Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed regulations.
  • Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
  • Perform shipping duties. Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
  • Work with purchasing, receiving, and operations departments to monitor status of back ordered products.
  • Responsible for ensuring there is an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
  • Working in coordination with the purchasing department to ensure there is the stock required to build sets, and fill inventory requests.
  • Perform misc. tasks as required to help meet needs of business.

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop and crouch, push, pull, reach, grasp, feel, talk, and hear.
  • Must be able to move around large areas.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects unassisted.
  • Required to lift more than 60 pounds rarely and/or 25 to 60 pounds occasionally.
  • Required to see clearly at a distance of 20 inches or less.
  • Must be able to judge distance and spatial relationships.
